This policy explains how GymNearMe ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use gymnearme.co.za. We comply with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
We use Google OAuth to let you sign in without creating a separate password. When you choose "Sign in with Google", Google shares the basic profile information listed above with us, with your consent. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google's Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

Claim proof documents are kept only while the claim is active and for a limited retention period after a decision, then deleted from private storage unless a dispute or legal requirement means we must retain them longer.
Your listing correction and claim-dispute reports are kept for as long as needed to investigate the listing, protect users and maintain an accurate audit trail.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal information without parental consent.
